I don't know about you, but the holidays always have me a little on edge, run down and emotionally exhausted. Maybe you feel the same way? Well I'm here today to give you 4 simple tools that will have you feeling radiant all holiday season (and a free gift).
Tip 1: Nourish + hydrate your body. I cannot share this enough. Drink at least 2L of fresh H2O daily, and eat yo greens. My bod feels the best with 40% of my diet coming from healthy fats like avocado, coconut oil, fresh fish, ghee (think of your fave healthy fat source), 2-3L of water, about 3-5 cups of leafy greens a day, and some good ol' fashioned dark chocolate (just a smidge).
This is always one of the first things we forget during the holiday's when we are surrounded by delicious (and definitely not nutritious food). Don't worry I don't want you to skip Grandma's cookies, or your mom's cheesecake. I just want you to make sure to remember to nourish your beautiful body so you can handle the day to day stresses and full schedule of the holidays.
Tip 2: Get turned on. Yup, you heard me right. One of the best ways to reduce your stress levels is to up your level of feel good hormone oxytocin. How? Have an orgasm. Cuddle a partner. Self pleasure. Get yourself turned on. It doesn't matter whether you are in a relationship or flying solo, a little loving never hurt anyone. I've recently been exposed to the beautiful world of the yoni egg + I cannot begin to tell you the profound impact it has had on my self love.
My fave little ritual is to have an epsom salt bath with some clary sage + passion blend, yoni egg warmed in the bath, some sensual tunes going, face mask on, lemon water in my mason jar, and a little coco oil breast massage to follow. Its a simple ritual, but it leads to profound changes. Trust me.
My faves: rose quartz yoni stone + passion blend from doterra. Oh my, its blissful.

Tip 3: Practice sacred sleep. I promise you, sleep is so so important to your physical and mental wellbeing. I know this because I can be a total bitch (oh I'm sorry, did I just say that) when I'm tired. And the holiday's are no exception. Staying out late. Eating rich foods really late. Drinking a little too much spiked eggnog. There are so many things ruining your sleep this time of year. So take some time to create a little sleepy time ritual. My sleepy time ritual looks a bit like this:
+ essential oils in my diffuser (love Serenity blend by doterra for this)
+ 1-2 caps of Serenity Restful Blend caps
+ glass of water
+ salt lamp glowing
+ warm epsom salt bath
+ cuppa tea
+ a good book (currently crushing Gala Darling's Radical Self Love)
+ no tech 30 minutes before bed

A good nights sleep is good for the soul. Its a good time to add tip 2 into the mix too. Hint hint, wink wink.
Tip 4: Tap into the divine feminine. I'm getting a little woo woo here, but when I say this I mean dial into your femme side. So often in the hustle and bustle of life we let our masculine side rule the show. Instead, I want you to slow down + soften. You can do this with tip 2, adding in some sensual movement - hip circles, dancing to a sensual playlist and moving your body, some yoga flowing. I also love adding in femme essential oils to my routines, such as: ylang ylang, geranium, patchouli, bergamot, sandalwood, clary sage, cinnamon, lavender + wild orange. You can even wear them as purefum.
